At UE2020LLC, we keep things clear so you know what to expect before placing an order.
Print-Ready Files
All files are printed exactly as submitted. We do not make automatic edits or corrections unless you request a file service.
Please make sure your file:
- Is 300 DPI for best results
- Is sized correctly
- Has a transparent background if needed
- Uses the colors you want printed
Artwork Responsibility
You are responsible for the file you upload.
UE2020LLC is not responsible for:
- Blurry or pixelated images
- Low-resolution files
- Incorrect colors
- Backgrounds not removed
- Compression or artifact issues
If we notice a major issue, we may contact you. However, we are not required to review or fix files before printing.
File Correction Services
We offer file corrections for an additional fee.
This may include:
- Resizing
- Background removal
- Minor clean-up
- Basic color adjustments
More advanced design work will be quoted separately.
Proofs (If Requested)
If a proof is provided, you must review it carefully.
Once approved, we print exactly as shown.
Color Notice
Colors may vary from screen to print. This is normal due to differences in monitors, inks, and materials.
Turnaround Time
Production starts once your file is received and ready.
Orders with file issues may be delayed.
Rush Orders
Rush services are available for an additional fee.
- Rush orders move ahead in production
- File must be print-ready when submitted
- UE2020LLC is not responsible for errors in rush orders due to poor file quality
- Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins
Gang Sheet Orders
Customers submitting gang sheets are responsible for layout and spacing.
UE2020LLC will:
- Print the gang sheet exactly as provided
We are not responsible for:
- Overlapping images
- Incorrect sizing
- Misaligned artwork
- Spacing issues between designs
No edits will be made unless a correction service is requested before printing.
Refunds and Reprints
We do not offer refunds or reprints for issues related to customer-submitted artwork.
We will reprint orders only if there is a confirmed defect in our printing process.
Agreement
By placing an order with UE2020LLC, you confirm your files are print-ready and agree to this policy.
