Clear artwork requirements help keep your DTF order moving and your final transfers looking their best.
Start a DTF Order Visit the ShopBefore you submit: Your file should be 300 DPI, correctly sized, use the colors you want printed and have a transparent background when needed.
Print-ready files
Files are printed exactly as submitted. UE2020LLC does not automatically edit or correct artwork unless a file service is requested.
- 300 DPI is recommended for best results.
- Artwork should be sized correctly before submission.
- Transparent backgrounds should already be removed when required.
- Use the colors you intend to have printed.
Artwork responsibility
Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of uploaded files. UE2020LLC is not responsible for issues caused by blurry or pixelated artwork, low resolution, incorrect colors, unwanted backgrounds, compression artifacts or other source-file problems.
If a major issue is noticed, we may contact you, but artwork review and correction are not automatically included with printing.
File correction services
File corrections may be available for an additional fee, including resizing, background removal, minor clean-up and basic color adjustments. More advanced design work is quoted separately.
Proofs
If a proof is provided, review it carefully before approving. Once approved, the order is printed as shown.
Color notice
Screen colors and printed colors can vary because monitors, inks and materials reproduce color differently.
Turnaround & rush orders
Production begins once artwork is received and ready. File problems may delay production. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
- Rush orders move ahead in production.
- Artwork must be print-ready when submitted.
- Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.
Gang sheets
Customers submitting gang sheets are responsible for layout, sizing and spacing. Gang sheets are printed as provided. UE2020LLC does not make layout edits unless a correction service is requested before printing.
Refunds & reprints
Refunds or reprints are not offered for problems caused by customer-submitted artwork. Reprints are provided only when there is a confirmed defect in the UE2020LLC printing process.
Agreement
By placing a DTF order, you confirm that your artwork is print-ready and agree to this printing policy.
